Guidelines for using the Orà duku platform
These Terms of Service govern your use of the Orà duku platform and services. Please read them carefully as they contain important information about your rights and obligations.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the Orà duku platform, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
Use License
Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials on Orà duku's platform for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not: modify or copy the materials; use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display; attempt to reverse engineer any software contained on the platform; or remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials.
User Content
Users may submit content including but not limited to artwork, writing, comments, and profile information. By submitting content, you grant Orà duku a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content for the purpose of operating and promoting the platform. You retain ownership of your intellectual property rights in your content.
Prohibited Uses
You may not use our platform for any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts; to violate any international, federal, provincial, or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances; to infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others; to harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate; to submit false or misleading information; or to upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code.
Intellectual Property
The platform and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Orà duku and its licensors. The platform is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Orà duku, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the platform.

Our community guidelines help ensure Orà duku remains a welcoming and productive space for all creators.
Community Standards
- Respect all community members regardless of background, culture, or artistic style
- Provide constructive feedback and engage in meaningful dialogue
- Share authentic work and give proper attribution to collaborators
- Report inappropriate content or behavior to our moderation team
Content Guidelines
- Submit original work or content you have permission to share
- Ensure content is appropriate for a diverse, global audience
- Provide accurate descriptions and proper categorization
- Respect copyright and intellectual property rights of others
Commercial Activities
- Clearly disclose any commercial relationships or sponsored content
- Follow applicable laws and regulations for commercial transactions
- Provide accurate pricing and availability information
- Honor commitments made to buyers and collaborators
Account Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the platform at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.
Upon termination, your right to use the platform will cease immediately. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the platform or contact us to request account deletion.
All provisions of the Terms of Service which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
Applicable Law
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nigeria.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with Nigerian law.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms of Service at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our platform after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
